Your chosen venue may include a 'wedding coordinator' as part of their service. This really isn't the same an an independant planner. Whilst helpful, they don't cover all the areas in the same way as an independant planner, and they may not be there on your wedding day. Ask Ems will help you coordinate every detail of the wedding, finding and managing contractors, producing timelines (and making sure they're worked to!) setting up the venue, assisting the bridal party and guests, organising transport and so the list goes on! Contractors and suppliers on the day of a wedding are a bit like clock with hundreds of moving parts. Ask Ems will coordinate everyone, be the point of contact - fielding the inevitable questions and managing any problems.

Wedding planning consultation - £150
to start you on your planning journey, discuss and focus your ideas, advice on what's possible
plus bespoke recommendations from my little black book of suppliers.
This 2 hour consultation generally consist of one hour of meeting, video or telephone call followed up with an hour of me putting together a document with bespoke recommendations and supplier contact details.

Venue Finding - from £275
Take the stress out of your first task! Trying to find a venue that suits your requirements and your budget can be tricky and time consuming. Ask Ems will do the leg work for you and put forward a shortlist of venues based on which match your criteria
along with availability to host your special day.

Wedding day support - from £480
I'm there to give you support on your big day. Checking deliveries have arrived, coordinating suppliers, setting up the venue, delivering cakes, coordinating guests at the hotel and travel arrangements - the list is endless!
This generally consists of 6 hours on the day of the wedding.

On the Wedding day event management - from £980
I'm there to take the stress out of your wedding day. With me as your right hand woman, you can relax and enjoy the day of your event. In preparation of your big day, we will have had a final meeting, I will have put together a management file, including timings, details of all the arrangements along with a contractor contact list. All contractors will have been contacted to double check timings and arrangements. Whether you have dry hired a venue or have chosen a hosted venue, I will be on hand to manage the set up of the venue, coordinate all your suppliers, deliveries and caterers,
ensuring that no detail is overlooked and everything runs perfectly.
This generally consists of 4 hours of meeting and preparation time along with 8 hours on the day of the wedding.

Wedding Planning Support from £1950
Includes all the features of the 'On the wedding day event managment' package plus an amount of planning hours in the preceeding months (number of hours per month is dependant on the lead time of the event) Your wedding will be planned with precision and professionalism, this is the option for those of you that know what you'd like but don't necessarily
have the time to make it happen.
This generally consists of 15 hours of planning before the event along with 8 hours on the day of the event.

Total Wedding Planning Solution - from £5000
This is complete planning service from start to finish. Prices will be calculated based on the support that you need, along with the location and budget. This package includes everything within the 'on the wedding day 'and 'wedding planning support' packages with the addition of full support whenever you need it.

In addition to the above I'm happy to provide ad hoc support should you need it at an hourly rate of £90 per hour

The pricing list is a guideline, I strive to make my fees transparent to ensure that clients feel comfortable and confident in their budget. I don't work on commission from suppliers or venues - ever. My objective is to work for you to get you the best price from every contractor and advise in areas that costs can be reduced.
